Anyone can do it. It’s easy to do once you embrace the steps to change your mindset.
Positive thinking begins I with YOU. What YOU think. What YOU do. What YOU say. Even what YOU dream. A most people know these steps and use them everyday. Who are these people you ask? Successful people. Influential people. Wealthy people…wealth in terms of mind, body, spirit, which in turn attracts like minded people and creates positive prosperity.
STEP 1 – Remove the following negatives from your mind and replace them with positives:
- no – YES
- can’t do it – I CAN
- don’t – I DID IT
You know…all the things that you tucked away in the back of your mind.
STEP 2 – Surround yourself with positive people. Encourage them…do not drain them with negative talk. Encourage them and they will encourage you toward your goals.
STEP 3 – Embrace challenges (don’t tackle problems). Big or small, you can handle the most complex challenge. Divide and conquer…divide your biggest challenges into several smaller ones and conquer them one at a time.
STEP 4 – Baby steps. Is it too far for you to go from A — to — B? Take baby steps and you will arrive at your desired place…eventually.
STEP 5 – At the end of the day, focus on your accomplishments not your failures. You will be surprised at all the things you accomplished.
STEP 6 – Smile every morning because you woke up to enjoy a beautiful day. Say “Good morning beautiful!” to the face on the reflection in the mirror and have a successful day, every day. You are your own cheering section.
