“You Are In Control”
You are in control of who You are. You are always in control of YOU. You are the only person in your world that can make You happy, not family, not friends just You. You are the only person who controls your feelings. No one else, just You. Get to know who you really are. Try these 5-minute meditations: In the morning before your day begins, quiet your mind for 5-minutes and feel who or what thoughts are in your mind this morning. Five-minutes is really not that long of a time. Is your motivation positive? Did you smile in your mind when you awoke this morning? Did you smile in the mirror at your reflection this morning while preparing for the day? How do you want your day to begin – positive and stress free?
Repeat this process at a quiet spot in the afternoon and focus on whether you are maintaining a positive path today. Are you continuing to smile in your mind? Are you using positive words when expressing your feelings? Are you removing any
un– words today? Focus and keep smiling.
Now repeat this process again at the end of your evening. Did you fulfill your goals of experiencing a positive day today? Did you focus on the Positive parts of your day and not hold on to the negative? Are you adding more positive words to your vocabulary? Now visualize how you want your day to play out tomorrow. Are you still smiling? Good.
Now try these 5-minute meditations again tomorrow…maybe increase your time to 10-minutes a session when you are ready. It’s up to you. You are in control of You.
